Alphard Car Bali is committed to ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience for every traveler. Kindly take note of our provisions below:

Flexible Departure: Departure time is based entirely on passenger preference.

Booking Confirmation: A 30% down payment is required to confirm the booking and reserve the vehicle.

Final Payment: Remaining balance is to be paid at the end of the rental.

Passenger Limit: The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.

Luggage Arrangements: If carrying a large amount of luggage, please inform us in advance so we can make proper arrangements.

Safety First: We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we believe it violates our rules or poses a safety risk to our drivers or passengers.

Prohibited Items: Passengers are not allowed to carry dangerous goods or items prohibited by Indonesian law. Any violations will be reported to the authorities.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 7 days before the rental (D-7): 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation 3 days before the rental (D-3): 75% cancellation fee.

Cancellation on the day of rental (D-Day): No refund.
